The family has since quit corn, dairy and most sugars. As a qualified CNTC health and transformational nutrition coach, Bernice uses her blog to feature her recipes.
Her blog…The blog BettyBake features a wide range of original gluten-free, dairy-free, corn-free and preservative-free recipes for the whole family.
