- 2 cups diced peaches
- 4 tbsp sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, optional
- Place a medium-sized pot over a medium-high heat.
- Add the peaches, sugar and water to the pot. Bring to a boil and heat until the peaches start to break apart and the sauce is reduced. If you're adding it, stir in the balsamic vinegar and cook for another 10 min.
- Serve warm as a topping for all sorts of delicious bakes.
