We’ve all heard the term ‘beauty sleep’ before, and, let’s be honest, it sounds incredible — getting better looking while you sleep, what could be better? Sleep better and get people to notice you by the way you look.

Here are eight tips and tricks to help you get your beauty sleep and rejuvenate your mind and body at the same time.
