Whether you were up all night with a niggly toddler, or (gasp!) went out with your girlfriends until the early hours, there’s no denying that the morning after can take its toll.
We’re greeted with parched, pale skin and bleary red eyes. Luckily for you, there are plenty of beauty tips and tricks that will give the illusion you were tucked up in bed by 9pm. Here’s your step-by-step recovery plan to faking 8 hours of sleep.
1. THOROUGHLY CLEANSE
Old make-up is a dead giveaway that you’ve had a difficult night, so if you hit the hay before taking it off last night, it’s important to get rid of the evidence now!
Use cleansing oil to remove any traces of make-up, then follow-up with a creamy face wash that’s gentle on dehydrated skin. Use a muslin cloth or facecloth instead of just rinsing your face or follow up with a gentle exfoliator for a deep clean. 2. DO A MINUTE MASK

5. SKIP FOUNDATION
