You don’t have to go to a gym to get gorgeous arms – do bicep curls to tone the front of your arms, and tricep dips for the backs. You’ll see a difference within three weeks if done daily.
Sit on the edge of a strong chair or bench. Place hands next to you and grip the edge of the chair, stretching legs out in front of you. Lift your bottom off the chair and bend your arms to lower your body towards the floor. Gently raise yourself up again. Build up to three sets of 10 reps.
With your arms down by your sides, hold a weight (or a tin of beans) in each hand. Make sure you raise the weights one at a time, in a controlled motion; lowering the weight in an equally controlled way is just as important. Build up to three sets of 10 on each arm.
