Usually we love Suzelle DIY‘s videos because they make us laugh and they’re extremely informative (remember when she taught us how to make leopard-print bread?). This time, her video about how to pack a Santa Shoebox made us laugh, is extremely informative AND is encouraging people to give back this Christmas, which is something we can definitely get behind.
The Santa Shoebox Project is dedicated to getting gifts, practical items and educational aids to underprivileged kids over Christmas. The boxes really bring delight to the children who receive them — just read some of the letters written by kids to their gift givers and you’ll see what we mean. This year, Santa Shoebox wants to give 100 000 children boxes, and they need your help to do it!
Watch Suzelle DIY’s video, where she shows us how to pack a Santa Shoebox, then click here to pledge a box or two. It’s an incredibly easy way to make a real difference in a child’s life this festive season.
Warning: the thank you letter you will receive from the child who got your gift will definitely, definitely make you cry (and make you wish that you had pledged more boxes).
