- Begin on all fours, resting on your elbows with your arms out straight in front of you, forearms against the floor.
- Pulling in your stomach, lift your left foot and press your heel towards the ceiling, with your knee bent at a right angle.
- Lower your leg back to the start position and repeat to complete one set; change legs.
- Do 10 sets for each leg.
