Christine Phillips is the founder of the original cooking school for children, Little Cooks Club. She is also a qualified chef, author of the Timeless Family Food Journal, wife and mother of 3 gorgeous children.
She is also a certified Dr. Sears Health Coach and a graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
She believes in a holistic approach to nutrition and well-being, incorporating lifestyle, attitude, nutrition and exercise.
