1 litre plain double cream yoghurt
1 tin condensed milk
200g biscuits, crushed
- Press the biscuits into an even layer at the bottom of a deep microwave-safe dish.
- Mix the condensed milk with the yoghurt and carefully pour the mixture over the biscuit base. Smooth the top, then microwave on high for 5 to 6 minutes, or until set.
- Refrigerate until cool, then slice to serve. If you like, you can serve your 3-ingredient cheesecake with more biscuit crumbs on top, or your favourite fresh fruit.
If you want to serve the cheesecake out of the dish that you cook it in, once it's been in the fridge for at least 4 hours, run a hot knife around the edge and remove it.
