1 small pineapple, peeled and cut into pieces
1 bunch grapes
1 mango, peeled and chopped into chunks
300g 70% cocoa solids chocolate, broken into pieces
200ml coconut cream
4 tbsp Malibu
Cool any leftover choc mixture, roll into balls and leave until well chilled. Roll balls in desiccated coconut to make yummy truffles.
