40g fresh baby spinach or de-stalked Swiss chard
1 small green apple, skinned, cored and roughly chopped
¼ cup (20g) celery, sliced
1 cup (70g) cucumber, chopped
½ cup coconut water
1 heaped tbsp mint, roughly chopped
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp Canderel Crunch with Stevia
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
- Add more coconut water if the mixture is too thick and additional Canderel Crunch with Stevia to taste.
- Serve with ice if desired.
