1 cup of liquid of your choice (I like doing half almond milk and half coconut milk
1 serving of chocolate pea protein powder (or protein powder of your choice) – I like Phytopro
1/2 – 1 banana, frozen
1/2 cup blueberries OR mixed berries, frozen is preferable
1 date (*optional)
1 Tbsp cacao powder (*optional – depends on how chocolatey you want your smoothie bowl to be)
1 tsp chia seeds OR psyllium husk
Topping Suggestion: Granola
1. Starting with your liquid – place all ingredients into your Nutribullet or blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with your favourite toppings.
