Home-made stuffing made oh- so- easy!

- 100g mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 700ml water
- 150g polenta.
- 50g parmesan
- 1tbsp rosemary
- Cook 100g mushrooms and 1 onion, both diced, in a pan with butter until soft.
- Pour in 700ml water and stir in 150g polenta.
- Cook for 5 min, add 50g Parmesan, grated, and 1tbsp rosemary, chopped, and season.
- Put in a baking dish, top with Parmesan and cook at 180°C for 10 min.
