Heat the oven to 200°C. Dry-fry the bacon in a flame-proof casserole for a few min, turning as needed until the fat is crispy. Remove from the pan and reserve. Add the oil to the casserole and gently fry the onion and leek for 10 min, to soften.
Stir in the garlic, rice, Stock Pots and 1ℓ boiling water. Return the bacon to the pan, then season with salt and pepper and cover.
Carefully place in the oven and cook for 30 min. Pile kale on top, cover and cook in oven for 5 min more. Stir in Parmesan cheese and serve.
