125g PnP Sliced Silverside
125g PnP Low Fat Plain Cream Cheese
80g PnP Watercress, Rocket, Red Chard and Mizuna Mix
½ a small PnP Red Cabbage, sliced
½ a small PnP Green Cabbage, sliced
1 PnP Carrot, julienned
1 PnP Baby Marrow, julienned
4 PnP Baby Corn, cut into quarters
½ a PnP Red Onion, thinly sliced
- Spread the cream cheese evenly over each slice of silverside.
- Combine the watercress mixture with the cabbage, carrot, baby marrow, baby corn and red onion.
- Place a small scoop of the salad in the centre of each silverside slice. Roll the beef up tightly and serve.
